The High Prosecutor Office (Kejati) of North Sumatera is ready to provide legal aid and find solutions to the North Sumatra Education Office and its staffs when it is found that there are problems with civil and administrative affairs (Datun). "Has been signed MoU between Kejati and North Sumatra Education Office," said Assistant Intelligence (Asintel), Idianto, Friday (29/09/2017).
In addition to providing assistance in the field of Datun, Kejati also will provide legal opinion or legal opinion (LO) in order to succeed the activities of Disdik Sumut as a budget user.
"TP4D team will provide input to the education office as budget users for development from planning to supervision," said Idianto. Idianto explained the legal opinion was given on condition that government agencies needing to enter first to apply for legal assistance.
