    In addition, the prosecutor requested that KM KHF 180 who was accused by the defendant to be deprived of the state for destruction and confiscated their fish catches weighing 183 kilograms for the state after being auctioned. Knowing the prosecutor's demand, the defendant who was accompanied by an interpreter then filed a defense.

    Phut Endu was arrested by officers from the Marine Resources and Fisheries Controller on August 15, 2017. Officers who were on routine patrol using KP.HIU 12 detected the presence of foreign fishing vessels at around 15:25 pm. "Officers detected KM KHF 180 which was captured by Phet Endu at coordinates 040 39 ', 850'N-0990 08,576'E when approached the ship tried to escape by cutting the net at around 16:35 pm," said Ruji after the trial.
